Welcome to the Faculty of Science, Agriculture, and Engineering
There are fifteen (15) departments in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture, and Engineering, one of which offers the Foundation program while the other fourteen (14) offer the BSc degree in thirty-seven (37) double majors. Although most students come from South Africa, the Faculty of Science, Agriculture, and Engineering is renowned for drawing in students from other nations.
Additionally, the Faculty offers graduate programs leading to MSc and Ph.D. degrees in the fields of science, agriculture, and nursing. Despite the fact that most students at the Faculty of Science, Agriculture, and Engineering are from South Africa, it is well renowned for drawing students from other nations.
WELCOME TO THE FACULTY OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES
Its goal is to produce generations of graduates who can think astutely and reshape current social, economic, and political spaces and systems in Africa and the world. Their programs are aligned with scholarship that promotes justice and inclusion and challenges historical oppression and privileged institutions on many levels. Our faculty members have a wide variety of specialties and backgrounds. They are thoughtful, critical, and united through their commitment to Indigenous scholarship, exploring diverse perspectives.
Faculty grants reflect culture critically and produce research that advances the humanities and social sciences as repositories of knowledge, heritage, history, memory, and meaning. We strive for peace, prosperity, security, and socioeconomic well-being. This faculty focuses on knowledge paradigms and ideas related to history, ontological frameworks, teaching and learning, research and innovation, and community participation.
Faculty of Education:
The Unizul Faculty of Education is dedicated to developing future educators who will shape the minds of tomorrow. The Faculty offers a wide range of programs in Early Childhood Education, Basic Stages, Middle School, Advanced Stages, Continuing Education and Training, and Educational Administration, preparing students for the challenges and challenges of the teaching profession. Combining practical experience with a theoretical foundation enables graduates to make a positive impact in the educational setting.
