Nelson Mandela University Online Application 2024
Online applications for the 2024 academic year at Nelson Mandela University (NMU) will be accepted from 1 April 2023 through 30 September 2023 for all qualifications. Therefore, prospective undergraduate, postgraduate, and international students who desire to enroll at Nelson Mandela University (NMU) in 2024 are encouraged to submit their online applications prior to the closing date or deadline through the www.nmu.ac.za online application 2024 site.
NMU However, after this period, late applications for 2024 will be taken into consideration based on academic merit until the September closing date.
The following deadlines must be met for online applications for early admission in 2024 in order to give NMU and yourself ample time for processing, planning, and application review.
Dates for NMU Applications in 2024
The following deadlines must be met in order to submit an online application for admission to Mandela University (NMU) for the academic cycle 2024-2025:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB): 30 June 2023
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) and Bachelor of Radiography (Diagnostic) applications: 30 June 2023
- For early applications (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad): 4 August 2023
- Late applications (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad): 30 September 2023
- International student applications (excluding MBChB, BPharm & BRad): 30 September 2023
- Student Accommodation (On-Campus & Off-Campus): 30 September 2023
- ALL student housing applications: 30 September 2023
Documents Needed for NMU Online Application 2024
All prospective applicants must submit the following supporting documents:
- A certified copy of your final Grade 11 exam results or
- A certified copy of your most recent Grade 12 (June/Sept) exam results (no March results)
- A certified copy of your matriculation certificate/statement of results if you have already passed Grade 12/completed schooling
- Certified copy of your diploma/degree certificates plus academic record(s) and certificate(s) of conduct if you have studied elsewhere
- A certified copy of your ID (birth certificate if still waiting for ID)
- A certified copy of the identity document of your parent/legal guardian/surety
- Declaration by your parent / legal guardian/surety if you are a dependant,
- Currently at school, or studying at a tertiary institution, or have recently left school and do/will not have permanent employment when applying or studying at the University.
Application Process for Nelson Mandela University (NMU) 2024
The online application system for NMU’s class of 2024 is currently open. All applicants are encouraged to use the online application process. It’s incredibly clear and precise. Take the following steps to apply online at NMU 2024:
- Visit the NMU website at www.mandela.ac.za and apply for the 2024
- Click on “Study@Mandela” at the top menu of the page
- Then, scroll down and click on the “Application” link
- Read the instructions you see on the screen before you proceed
- Scroll down and click on “Apply: Undergraduate Application procedure”
- Carefully read the application information to proceed
- After that, click on “Apply Online”
- A new “Online Applications” window will be open for you
- Read the information before you proceed
- If you are ready, click on “Apply Online Now”
- Answer the questions to continue the application process
- Fill out the online application form with the necessary details
- Complete and submit your application for evaluation
