MyUnisa Announcements 2024/2025: Unisa Registration Extension 2024

As a result of its social responsibility to correct past inequalities, Unisa has an application and selection process that effectively addresses historical imbalances without jeopardizing quality requirements.
Self-defense initiative for Unisa’s female students

Cognizant of the President’s call to find solutions and in taking a stand against gender-based violence, the University of South Africa (Unisa) has embarked on a national self-defense initiative for its female students.
One of the many planned interventions will be the handing out of pepper sprays to Unisa female students for their safety and protection. The initiative, made possible partially through generous donations by Unisa’s extended management, was initiated today, 4 October 2023, with a ceremony hosted by Prof Mandla Makhanya, Unisa Principal and Vice-Chancellor, at the Unisa Sunnyside Campus. MyUnisa Announcements 2024/2025
Unisa has an open applications policy for 2024/2025, but all students should always make sure that the qualifications for which they wish to apply are not oversubscribed for that particular semester or year.
Currently, most qualifications are full for the 2024 academic year. Applicants can only apply for Unisa qualifications that are open. Please refer to the application tool to view these qualifications.
Offers for semester 2 will be made during June 2023. Offers to be made will be based on the following: whether you meet the academic admission requirements for your qualification of choice, your minimum points score, and the number of places available for the qualification for which you have applied.
